Cinema Femme interviews filmmaker, actor, and model Bridget Frances Harris about her newest project “Places of Worship”.

Bridget was one of the recipients of the Cinema Femme 2022 Breaking Down Walls Mentorship Program, and was matched with filmmaker Jennifer Reeder (“Knives and Skin”).

In “Places of Worship”, a Catholic altar server starts having visions of The Virgin Mary, forcing her to confront queer feelings for a movie theater coworker. A surreal coming of age story that embraces humor, embarrassment, and moving beyond romanticized queer narratives.
